You when you come to 14 Dec Bangkok Krav Maga Seminar need to bring bring with you Gym/Sports training gear/running shoes & towel.
** Groin Guard is needed for men & 16oz boxing gloves are recommended to make seminar & better experience.
(Other weight/size of boxing gloves if you have them are acceptable for this seminar. Shin guards/arm protectors & gun guard are nice extras to have but no essential).
