You will learn Tactical Krav Maga Self Defense Combat Fighting System from the beginning step by step, which quickly will give you a simple & proven very effective Self Defense system. You will get in shape, tone muscle, loose weight, gain confidence, feel great mentally, physically & enjoy learning. Age is no barrier

Krav Maga teaches you:
*Basic strikes for self defense
*Escapes from Grabs, Holds, Bear Hugs, Chokes common street attacks.
*Psychology of Street Self Defense, Awareness, How to Avoid Violence
*Basic ground fighting and escapes
*Defense against knife, baton/baseball bat and gun threat/attacks.

Group Adult Class is every Saturday 12 noon – 2pm (please arrive for 1145am in North Star Library Meeting Room)

You get 8 hours quality Krav Maga training per month for a low price of 1200 B per month in advance. (Drop in rate 350 B per class)

Please wear sports gear, clean inside gym use sports trainers, towel, water, groin protection recommended for men.

Tactical Krav Maga, What is it?

Today, I wanted to write a quick blog on what Tactical Krav Maga is? Thats the version of Krav Maga that I teach here in Thailand, and we also run intensive course in Pattaya here, with Chief Instructor for Australia/Asia, Carl Halley teaching and leading. Carl has exclusive contracts down in Australia to teach many Army, Military, Police & Gorvenment Security people. So he has a wealth of experience, and its fair to say he is a well know International Self Defense Krav Maga expert.

Krav Maga is the hand 2 hand combat system developed by Israeli Defence Forces, to allow recruits to get a basic standard of self defence in a short time period. Special Units/Special Forces train Krav Maga frequently.

Tactical Krav Maga, is a version of Krav Maga developed by a former Israeli Special Forces Paratrooper called Itay Gil, who then later served 9 years in the Yamam , and then was the unarmed combat trainer for the Yamam . Tactical Krav Maga is a very simple, but effective version of Krav Maga. Simple, as we want you to remember it, if you are attacked...if it is complicated, you will never remember it if you have to use it under pressure. Yamam is Israel's elite Civilian Counter-Terrorism Unit, that work undercover, so their members have to know how to protect themselves, and defend against armed assault. (Hand-to-hand fighting is very common in the secret missions they take part in, so Yamam members must know what works in a real life or death encounter) In Tactical Krav Maga, you will learn the exact same system as trained by the Yamam and other special military and undercover police SWAT units In Israel.
